Hello George,
Raced last weekend in Texas and we improved throughout each race.
Jason (my co-driver), raced the first sprint race on saturday. Qualified 11th out of 18 cars and finished 9th. Only then did we realize the allignment was off. On sunday after correcting the alignment and stiffening the rear swaybar all-the-way, I qualified 10th and finished 5th overall.
THE CAR MADE A 3SEC./LAP IMPROVEMENT.
Jason raced the last race of the day, since it was a fun race, most guys bailed out leaving only 6 cars. As it turned out, the race was the most exciting to watch.

The field was comprised of a PTG replica E-46 M3, Porsche 993 C2, the Mini, 2 E-30 M3´s and a 2002 BMW.
Jason really wanted an overall win and went for it, the M3 pulled away with the 993 following and Jason hot on his tail. By the second lap Jason tried a pass and got everyone´s attention, from then on it was the best show of the weekend especially when Jason passed the 993 and held him off till the finish.

The bmw crowd was cheering like crazy seeing the Mini beat a fairly new 911.
I have some great in car video of all races however, you must see the Mini sliding around seen from the Porsche´s camera.
I´m in Brazil at the moment, will be back next tuesday. Will be racing Go-karts next two days with my co-driver buddy at another motorsport ranch in the interior of Sao Paulo.
